Laurence Pearce joined Townhall Lettings in 2019 as a Lettings Agency Co-ordinator. With degrees in Sociology and Law and 4 years working experience within the private rented sector in London and Cambridgeshire, Laurence developed a wealth of knowledge within the industry to help advise our tenants and landlords in a friendly and approachable manner. He was employed by an award-winning lettings agent in central London and is proud of his leading sales figures within the team.

Laurence's main role within Townhall Lettings is based around the day to day running of the organisation, carrying out viewings, maintenance for our managed properties, signups for new tenants and inspections. He very much enjoys the variety of what the role offers and being able to make a positive difference within the local community.

Random fact: In normal life, I enjoy skiing, cricket and travel when I am not out playing with my dog.

Bio

Dominic Lamch was instrumental in the creation of Townhall Lettings and has overall responsibility for the operational management of the lettings agency. Goal driven and resilient, he developed Townhall Lettings from a one-year pilot to today's well-established and competitive lettings agency. Being both a landlord and lettings agency manager, he has faced a variety of challenges and works hard to find innovative solutions to them.

With over twenty years of experience in a variety of customer facing roles, Dominic is a confident public speaker with the natural ability to communicate ideas clearly. Often, he participates in landlord trainings and forums, and letting agencies' conferences, aiming to provide support for landlords in what can be challenging market conditions.

Random fact: Outside of work, I am most likely to be found engrossed in a film with my family.

Denitsa Petkova

Bio

Denitsa Petkova is our Development Officer, whose passion is putting ideas into actions. Having launched and developed two start-ups, she is now leading the development, monitoring and strategic coordination of the implementation of Townhall Letting's marketing strategy. A previous property manager and a senior real estate agent, Denitsa can sell any valuable product and any novel idea. After entirely reconstructing Townhall Lettings's website, her next goals are to establish new partnerships to increase the company's market recognition and property portfolio.

Denitsa likes getting people excited about the things she is excited about. Enthusiastic, with a positive approach, not only confidently handles deadlines, but also takes every opportunity to collaborate and motivate partners to deliver on time. Fortunate to be part of a team devoted to making Cambridge a fairer city.

Random fact: I often get spotted on a bike going dancing in a fancy tango dress, covered with the unavoidable raincoat...

Jenni Stimpson

Private Rented Sector Lettings Officer

Bio

Jenni Stimpson has been part of Townhall Lettings' team for five years, working in temporary accommodation and voids and lettings before moving into her current role. Previous posts in finance, supported housing and education means she brings a varied skillset to the role, while her friendly and practical manner - and a keen interest in DIY - are assets in her day-to-day work carrying out viewings, sign-ups and inspections.

HHSRS qualified, Jenni is passionate about bringing empty properties back into use as well as helping people into sustainable accommodation. When not busy with DIY or being a Brownie leader, Jenni enjoys sport and crafts.

Random fact: I conquered the highest permanent abseil tower in the world (418ft) to raise funds for charity.

Natalia Hall

Supported Lettings Officer

Bio

Natalia Hall's role is to provide support to Townhall Lettings' tenants, assisting with a wide variety of tasks to ensure tenants sustain their tenancies. Natalia brings over ten years of experience in providing advice and support to customers across the country on Housing, Benefits and Council Tax. Natalia has been part of Townhall Lettings for a few months but has already made a real difference to the team, managing to successfully sustain tenancies for all new tenants referred to her. Natalia's passion is to help make people's lives better and already there have been some excellent success stories, real tenants whose circumstances have improved significantly as a direct result of Natalia's support.

Natalia's primary goal is to empower her clients and to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to successfully manage their tenancy.

Random fact: I can't say no to a cup of coffee...
