Townhall Lettings was introduced as a one-year pilot with a goal of working more closely with landlords and lettings agents so we could find good quality, affordable homes in Cambridge and the surrounding area.
2014
Townhall Lettings was launched as a pilot to provide good quality shared accommodation for single people.
2015
After a successful first year, the pilot was extended for a further year and then made permanent, successfully managing a portfolio of intermediate rent properties.
2018
In addition to its core work, Townhall Lettings began to focus on bringing empty homes back in to use.
2019
Townhall Lettings continues to grow, developing a reputation for a great value for money service with knowledgeable staff.
2020
We hope to continue to forge new relationships with landlords and lettings agents allowing us to grow further in 2020 and beyond.
