In Townhall Lettings, we understand how important it is to keep your investment safe. Our experience shows us that letting a property can be hard work and at times unpredictable. Void periods and late or missing rent payments can be particularly difficult to manage. We are in the position to be able to offer a monthly guaranteed sum.

The offer comes with a full property management service which includes: sourcing tenants; arranging for tenancy agreement and prescribed information to be issued and signed; rent collection; regular inspections and arranging repairs for the length of your contract with us.

The following are the key steps to peace of mind:

1. Call and book an appointment to arrange a property visit with our experienced and knowledgeable staff.
2. A member of our staff will visit your property and do a free check to make sure it complies with current legislation. If there are any areas that we feel may need closer attention before letting, we will let you know.
3. We will write and make an offer for the monthly guaranteed sum.
4. If you are happy with our offer, you will sign a management agreement.
5. You will provide us with keys and the relevant documentation for the property such as EPC, Gas safety certificate and proof of ownership and proof of your ID.
6. Payments will commence, peace of mind achieved!
