Moving into new accommodation can at times be daunting. Feel free to contact the Townhall Lettings team if you have any queries about the process before moving. For people referred through a housing advisor, there is additional support available through our supported lettings officer to help your move go as smoothly as possible.
Affordability
We are keen to make sure that tenants will be able to afford their properties prior to moving in. However, we appreciate that people's financial circumstances can change mid-tenancy.
We work closely with the Citizens Advice Bureau so if your circumstances have changed and you need financial advice or further information, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist.
